About
A Millennial Medical site, built for tall people
We make crutches. We built this site because tall people kept telling us the same story: nothing on the shelf fits, and nobody online gives a straight answer about sizing.
Who we are
Tall Crutches is owned and operated by Millennial Medical, a family crutch manufacturer in St. George, Utah. We design and sell the In-Motion line of spring-assisted forearm and underarm crutches. That means this site is not an independent review site. When we recommend a crutch here, we are recommending our own product, and the buy links go to our own store.
Why a whole site about tall crutches
Because tall sizing is where the crutch market quietly fails people. Standard adult crutches fit up to roughly 6'0" to 6'2". Past that, most brands offer nothing, and the search results are full of generic advice written by people who have never measured a handle height. Our In-Motion Tall models fit underarm users from 5'10" to 7'1" and forearm users from 5'3" to 6'8", so we get the calls, the emails, and the fitting questions from genuinely tall crutch users every week. This site writes those answers down.
What you can trust here
- Every spec we cite comes from our published sizing and specifications sheet, not marketing rounding.
- We tell you plainly when a different style of crutch, or a clinician fitting, is the better call for your height.
- No medical claims and no medical advice. Fit questions are ours; treatment questions belong to your clinician or physical therapist.
